Payments for our digital products are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with this policy, Paddle's Refund Policy, and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. 14-Day Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests submitted within this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request within the 14-day period does not guarantee a refund, but we and Paddle will consider eligible requests in line with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's policies.

Where local consumer protection laws grant you additional or non-waivable rights (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/EEA or UK), those rights apply and may provide greater protection than this policy.

If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval of the request.

If you did not receive your results or experienced technical issues accessing your purchase, you may also contact us at info@iqscorenow.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly or assist with your refund request through Paddle.

4. Digital Content Delivery

Our product is digital content — your IQ test results and official PDF certificate — delivered immediately upon successful payment. By completing your purchase and accessing your results, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has begun.

For consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK: you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. However, if you choose to access or download your results before the end of that 14-day period, you acknowledge that digital delivery has started and your right of withdrawal may no longer apply, as permitted under applicable law.

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased results or certificate, please contact us first at info@iqscorenow.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will work with Paddle to process a refund where applicable under consumer protection laws.

If you paid but did not receive your results at all, contact us at info@iqscorenow.com and we will deliver them or assist with a refund through Paddle.

6. When Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds will generally not be issued where:

  • The request is made after the applicable refund or withdrawal period
  • There is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour
  • You have fully accessed your results and certificate without a legitimate product defect or delivery failure

We encourage you to contact Paddle or us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Direct contact often results in faster resolution.

EU/EEA and UK consumers: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing the transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the charges paid, unless during that 14-day period you started downloading, streaming, using, or benefiting from the Product after agreeing to immediate digital delivery during your transaction.
