1. Acceptance of Terms
By taking the test on iqscorenow.com (the "Site"), you accept these Terms & Conditions (the "Supplier Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Service
iqscorenow.com provides an online cognitive assessment. You may complete the test free of charge. To unlock your verified score, full percentile mapping, and official PDF certificate, you may pay a one-time fee. Your individual answers remain private — you will not see which questions you answered correctly or incorrectly.
This online test is for indicative purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnosis. For psychological assessment, you should consult a qualified psychologist.
3. Payment
Paid purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you complete a purchase, you buy the Product from Paddle using Paddle Checkout, and the Product is made available to you by iqscorenow.com under these Terms.
Your use of Paddle's checkout and payment services is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to this Supplier Agreement.
If we fail or unreasonably delay in delivering your results due to technical issues on our side, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of the relevant charges paid, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws.
For consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK: you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing the transaction, unless you started using or benefiting from the Product during that period after agreeing to immediate digital delivery. If you did not receive your results after payment, contact us at info@iqscorenow.com and we will deliver them or assist with your refund request through Paddle.
5. Limitation of Liability
The administration of this Site is not responsible for technical disturbances caused by third-party services.
The administration of the Site is not liable for any damages that may be related to the use of the services of the Site and obtaining an IQ score. You acknowledge that you may receive a different score on another IQ test.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under mandatory consumer law in your territory of purchase.
